Dana Rose serves as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience focusing on cultivating a positive culture and great place to work.

Prior to joining Byline in 2019, Dana was Interim Chief Human Resources Officer for Discover Financial Services. She held a variety of business line and human resources roles since 1994 with Discover, including Vice President of Consulting and Talent, Talent Acquisition and Diversity, and Rewards and Partnerships.

Prior to Discover, Dana worked in marketing for the American Society for Quality Control. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
