We were proud to honor America’s independence this year at the 4th of July parade in Oak Park
Byline Bank and Community Bank of Oak Park River Forest (CBOPRF) kicked off the Fourth of July at the annual Oak Park Independence Day Parade that honors America’s independence and celebrates the diversity of Chicago’s next-door neighbor.
This festive march through the streets of Oak Park featured community and social groups, athletic teams, politicians, school bands and musical groups, businesses, service organizations and animal lovers walking with their pets. The parade route was a sea of red, white and blue and saw people dancing, neighbors catching up and children scrambling for sweet treats handed out by marchers.
The day was capped off with the annual fireworks display at Oak Park and River Forest High School. The night sky above the village lit up in spectacular fashion as thousands of neighbors gathered for this traditional holiday event sponsored by Byline and CBOPRF. Oak Park is a community renowned for its art, architecture and culture and Byline is thrilled to now call it home.
Byline loves to support the communities where we serve, and we continue to be inspired every day by our customers and neighbors who make the Chicagoland area the best place to live, work and play!
