Our Weekend at the 41st Annual Golf Outing
On August 2, Byline joined local suburban community businesses to support the Burbank Chamber of Commerce’s 41st Annual Golf Outing at Gleneagles Country Club in Lemont. This event raised money and awareness for the Chamber’s missions and programming and aimed to connect people and businesses in Burbank.
Byline was proud to be a sponsor on the green, where our canny Byliners were set up with promo items to pass out to passing golfers (we cheer indiscriminately—anyone who wants to make the effort to play a full round and then do dinner and more on a hot August Chicago day is already a winner in our books). The day is a great example of how community leaders can leverage their varying scales and scopes to raise money for programming, and awareness of their mission, to the biggest audience in the most efficient way possible.
For over 100 years, Byline has been a key Chicagoland player (both on the links and off) and we are always pleased to strengthen and display our ties within our communities from North to South, from beachside communities to the western suburbs. When local leaders partner to bring benefits to their vibrant and diverse communities, everybody wins!
