We Love This Town
On September 26, Byline was happy to open the doors of our Evanston branch to local residents, businesses and clients at a Business After Hours in celebration of our relationship with the community as a whole. Central Street Branch Manager Shirley Calder and her team of incredibly committed local branch Byliners hosted crowds who were out enjoying the mid-autumn evening.
Shirley’s team provided food, drinks and plenty of friendly welcomes to guests who attended the informal networking event. Business After Hours offers local businesses to get to know one another on a different footing and to mix and mingle freely. Business cards welcomed!
We were honored to be able to host other community partners—we’re grateful to have been welcomed as a part of Evanston’s community and value our growing presence in Chicagoland’s vibrant gateway to the North Shore. With more and more of the world at our fingertips, we still very much appreciate meeting our friends and neighbors the old-school way: face to face, friend to friend, on a late-September evening (or any other time—come on in!).
Byline has been a proud part of Chicagoland for more than 100 years, and we take our responsibility to our neighborhoods very seriously. It’s an honor to be a trusted bank where we live and work, and we are thrilled to have the opportunity to give back to the people and businesses who keep each of our diverse communities strong and vibrant. We’re just where we want to be.
