We Love This Town
On February 21, Byline was honored to join with Chicagoland business, civic and community leaders in support of Oak-Leyden as a Heart of Gold Sponsor at the annual Unmasked benefit. The event, which took place at Carnivale Chicago, featured a Latin Fusion meal, entertainment, top-notch auction items and a very popular raffle!
Oak-Leyden’s mission is to “Help children and adults with developmental disabilities meet life’s challenges and reach their highest potential,” and the yearly Unmasked fundraiser raises much-needed funds to continue to support the more-than 500 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities or delays whose lives are positively impacted by Oak-Leyden every day.
The Oak Park-based organization has worked since 1956 to better the lives of people with developmental disabilities throughout Chicagoland. It provides a range of vocational and residential services for adults with developmental disabilities, as well comprehensive therapeutic, educational, and family support services for infants and young children.
Byline was proud to support Oak-Leyden Unmasked, and the tireless volunteers of the organization, who work to better their community and the lives of the people within them, every day.
