Byline Bank is pleased to welcome Stephen Ball as Senior Vice President, Head of Business Banking. Business Banking is a newly created division of Byline Retail Banking that delivers retail banking solutions, access to capital, and advisory services to small business customers in Illinois and Wisconsin.
Ball brings nearly 30 years of direct retail banking experience to Byline, including in previous roles as senior vice president, market executive, business banking for Fifth Third Bank and senior vice president, business banking manager for MB Financial Bank. He is a graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana – Champaign and began his banking career with LaSalle Bank.
In his new role with Byline Bank, he is responsible for ensuring a strong small business presence throughout the branch network. He will lead a team of specialized business bankers focused on connecting small businesses with lending and cash management solutions that are tailored to their scope and unique needs.
