Byline Bank’s Commercial Real Estate Group has closed on a $3.25 million loan for the acquisition of a two-acre industrial outdoor storage (IOS) site in Ontario, California. The borrower is a joint venture between Ambient Capital Partners and their institutional equity partner.

The property is situated in Southern California’s Inland Empire, one of the largest industrial markets in the U.S., and will house a single tenant. This is the fifth loan Byline has provided to Ambient Capital Partners and their joint venture partner. Previous transactions have financed IOS properties in the Inland Empire, Miami and Dallas-Fort Worth markets.
