Sean Dougherty has been a member of the Byline Bank Sponsor Finance group since 2020, supporting cash flow lending for private equity buyouts, recapitalizations and add-on acquisitions in the lower-middle market. Previously, he began his career as a Commercial Credit Analyst, a role in which he was responsible for evaluating new and renewal loan opportunities for Byline’s real estate, commercial and industrial clients. Sean is a graduate of Muhlenberg College.
