Once you sign in to Online Banking, go to the Settings tab and select “Update User ID” from the Profile Settings section.

Once you sign in to Online Banking, go to the Settings tab and select “Update Contact Information” from the Profile Settings section. Then under the Contact Record section click on the ellipses and select update contact. Follow the Secure Access prompts and update the email address.

From the Transfers & Payments tab, select “Pay with Bill Pay”. Click on the ellipses next to the payee and select edit payee to make any changes.

Payee endorsement must include—”For Mobile Deposit Only at Byline Bank”—with your signature or endorsement stamp.

Navigate to the Documents tab, select “Statement Delivery Preferences” and select your preferred delivery method for each account. The options are electronic or paper.

Under the Settings tab, click “Alert Settings” in the Alerts & Messages section then select New Alert to choose the type of alert you need.
