On Friday, May 26, 2017, Byline Small Business Capital participated in a roundtable discussion on Mergers & Acquisitions. The discussion was featured in a special section of The Milwaukee Business Journal, entitled “Closing the Deal.”
The table of experts explored current trends in the merger and acquisition market and what business owners need to know if they are buying or selling a business.
Weighing in on the benefits of SBA lending when looking to secure financing for an acquisition, the roundtable included Byline’s Eric Manke, senior vice-president, commercial team leader. Bill Harrigan, also of Byline Bank, served as moderator of the roundtable.
