  1. Click on the portal link: Login to GWAccess
  2. Click “Forgot Password.”
  3. You will be promoted to enter your login user name and registered email address.
  4. Click “Submit.”
  5. You will receive an email with temporary password; after initial login, a prompt will require a password change.
