Byline Bank is a proud sponsor of the 14th Annual Micro Brew Review, a popular event celebrating craft beer, local food, and live music held in downtown Oak Park. The 2021 event will be held Sunday, August 21 from 2 to 6PM and returns this year after a pandemic pause with special protocols to allow attendees to safely gather.
Micro Brew Review is hosted by Seven Generations Ahead, a nonprofit organization that works with local government, community and private sector leaders to help communities make the changes they need to build a healthy and sustainable future. The Oak Park Micro Brew Review is the largest zero waste craft beer fest in the Midwest – eliminating nearly all landfill waste through reducing, reusing, recycling, and composting.
“We’re looking forward to raising a glass to the efforts of Seven Generations Ahead to create a more sustainable Oak Park, as well as to the community members who are committed to making this a fun and safe event that celebrates summer and Oak Park’s vital food and beverage scene,” said Susie Goldschmidt, Byline Bank Oak Park Market President. “Byline supports the small businesses and community events that make Oak Park a special place to live and work.”
The event features nearly 50 Midwestern craft breweries, live music and food from local restaurants. All attendees of the Oak Park Micro Brew Review, including ticket holders, vendors, and volunteers, will be required to show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID test taken within 24 hours of the event in order to participate in the event.
Byline is privileged to be a part of the Oak Park-River Forest and Austin communities and is proud to have contributed more than $90,000 in sponsorships and support to the area in 2020.
