Byline Sponsor Finance (“BSF”), a division of Byline Bank, announced that it has provided financing to support Intelvio, LLC (“Intelvio”), a healthcare education company backed by Eden Capital, in its acquisition of Professional Crisis Management Association, LLC (“PCMA”). BSF was represented by Duane Morris, LLP.

PCMA provides comprehensive crisis management training and certifications, serving educators and human service professionals in schools, treatment facilities and hospitals across the U.S. and internationally.

“Byline Sponsor Finance is happy to continue its partnership with Eden Capital and support Intelvio’s ongoing growth,” said Luke Kohler, Vice President of Byline Sponsor Finance. “PCMA complements the existing, diversified healthcare education business by expanding further into the attractive behavioral health sector after the recent acquisition of Positive Psychology last year.”
