Jason Alfonsi had a passion for beer. Shawn was brewing in his basement. When Jason’s wife, Kristen, introduced the two, she had no idea what the three Oak
Park natives would ultimately brew up.

Taking over an old bank building, the vault now houses brewing equipment, local art shared on the walls, an epic bottle chandelier and an impressive rooftop beer garden. Now open, One Lake Brewing is bringing Oak Park and Austin all the best of local craft beer, and locally-sourced eats in a community focused atmosphere.
